Personalised, evidence-based support from a Cronulla dietitian for acne, gut health, hormonal health and sustainable weight management, available in person and online Australia-wide.
Your Journey
Every recommendation is tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
Book your initial consultation online with a dietitian. Before we meet, you'll complete an initial intake form so we can make the most of our time together.
In your first session, we'll take a deep dive into your history, symptoms, and goals. I’ll assess your nutritional needs and request blood tests if needed. You'll leave with a clear, actionable plan.
Follow-up consultations track your progress, adjust your plan, review test results and keep you accountable. Sustainable change happens when you have ongoing support.
* Additional functional testing such as GI-MAP analysis may be considered if relevant to your presentation.
Specialisations
Every condition is different. Here's how I approach the areas I specialise in.

Persistent acne can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing truly addresses the underlying cause. Acne and skin health can be influenced by internal factors, including hormones, gut health, inflammation, nutrition and lifestyle.
As an acne dietitian, I provide personalised nutrition support to explore potential contributing factors and help support clearer, healthier skin through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to your individual needs.
This combines anti-inflammatory nutrition strategies, lifestyle support, assessment of gut-skin and hormonal influences, and investigations such as blood testing and GI-MAP stool analysis where clinically appropriate to support clearer, healthier skin.

Bloating after meals, unpredictable bowel habits, abdominal discomfort and ongoing digestive symptoms can significantly impact your quality of life. Many people feel frustrated after being told to “just eat more fibre” or that it’s “probably stress” without receiving personalised gut health support.
I take a thorough, evidence-based approach that considers your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and nutrition to identify potential contributing factors and help reduce digestive symptoms. Where clinically appropriate, additional investigations such as GI-MAP stool testing may be recommended to guide a personalised nutrition plan and support better long-term gut health.
A personalised, evidence-based approach combines nutrition and lifestyle support, elimination and reintroduction strategies, targeted supplementation where appropriate, and additional gut health testing when clinically indicated to help reduce digestive symptoms and support better long-term gut health.

From painful periods and PMS to PCOS, endometriosis and perimenopause, hormonal health concerns can be complex, deeply personal and too often dismissed. Personalised nutrition support can help manage symptoms and support better hormonal health throughout every stage of life.
As a women’s health dietitian, I consider how nutrition, lifestyle, gut health and underlying imbalances may be influencing your hormones. Together, we build practical, sustainable strategies designed to support symptom relief, hormonal balance and long-term wellbeing without unnecessary restriction.
Personalised women’s health nutrition support combining hormone-supportive nutrition, blood sugar regulation and anti-inflammatory strategies tailored to your symptoms, menstrual cycle and stage of life, helping support hormonal balance, symptom relief and long-term wellbeing.

High cholesterol, insulin resistance and Type 2 diabetes can feel overwhelming, but they do not have to define your future. Personalised nutrition and lifestyle support can help improve blood sugar control, cholesterol levels, energy and long-term metabolic health.
I help you understand your blood test results, identify potential contributing factors and build a practical, sustainable nutrition plan to support meaningful improvements without fad diets or unnecessary restriction.
Blood marker analysis, evidence-based nutrition strategies for cholesterol and blood sugar management, practical meal planning and ongoing support designed to improve blood test results and support meaningful, sustainable improvements in your long-term metabolic health.

Weight management is about more than eating less or trying harder. Conflicting nutrition advice can make it difficult to know what will support sustainable weight loss and long-term health. Lasting change comes from understanding your body, building healthy habits and following a personalised approach that fits your lifestyle.
I provide non-judgemental, evidence-based nutrition support focused on balanced eating, practical lifestyle strategies and understanding the metabolic and hormonal factors that may influence weight. Together, we build a sustainable approach without unnecessary restriction or rigid food rules.
Personalised weight management support combining behaviour-focused nutrition coaching, metabolic assessment, practical meal strategies that fit your lifestyle and ongoing dietitian support to help build sustainable habits, support healthy weight loss and improve long-term wellbeing.
Advanced Testing
GI-MAP stool testing uses advanced DNA technology to assess gut bacteria, pathogens, inflammation and digestive function. When clinically appropriate, the results can provide further insight into potential contributors to ongoing digestive symptoms and help guide a personalised gut health treatment plan.
I establish strong nutrition and lifestyle foundations first by considering your symptoms, medical history, diet, stress, sleep and daily routine. If further investigation is clinically appropriate, GI-MAP testing may provide additional insights that help refine your personalised nutrition plan, reduce digestive symptoms and support better long-term gut health.
Identifies imbalances in beneficial and opportunistic bacteria driving your symptoms.
Detects parasites, yeast overgrowth, and viral markers.
Measures gut inflammation levels to understand the severity and source of your concerns.
Assesses how well you're actually breaking down and absorbing nutrients from food.
