Does any of this sound familiar?

You're not alone. These are the exact reasons people walk through my door.

I've tried everything for my bloating and nothing works. I don't know what's wrong with me.

My skin keeps breaking out and I'm in my 30s. I feel like I should have figured this out by now.

My doctor said I need to lose weight and lower my cholesterol, but I don't know where to start.

I've been diagnosed with PCOS/PMOS and I'm overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice online.

I'm exhausted all the time. I eat what I think is healthy but something still isn't right.

I want to manage my insulin resistance with food before it becomes diabetes.

In your first session, we dig into your history, symptoms, and goals. We may recommend GI-MAP testing if gut health is a factor. You'll leave with a clear, actionable plan.

3

Implement & Thrive

Follow-up consultations track your progress, adjust your plan, and keep you accountable. Sustainable change happens when you have ongoing support.

Expert support for what you're going through

Every condition is different. Here's how I approach the areas I specialise in.

Gut Health

Stop guessing. Start understanding your gut.

Bloating after every meal, unpredictable bowel habits, abdominal pain that no one can explain — gut issues affect every part of your life. The frustration of being told "just eat more fibre" or "it's probably stress" is real.

I use a thorough, evidence-based approach — including advanced GI-MAP stool testing when appropriate — to identify what's actually driving your symptoms, whether it's bacterial imbalance, inflammation, food intolerances, or something else entirely.

IBS Bloating Constipation Diarrhoea Abdominal pain Food intolerances Reflux

My Approach

Personalised elimination and reintroduction protocols, gut microbiome analysis, targeted supplementation where needed, and practical meal guidance that fits your real life — not a lab.

Skin Health

Clear skin starts beneath the surface.

Persistent acne, eczema flare-ups, or unexplained rashes can be deeply frustrating — especially when topical treatments aren't enough. Your skin is often a window into what's happening internally: gut health, hormonal balance, and nutrition all play a role.

Rather than just treating the surface, I look at the underlying drivers — inflammation, gut-skin axis connections, hormonal triggers, and nutritional gaps — to build a plan that addresses the root cause.

Adult acne Eczema Rosacea Hormonal breakouts Inflammatory skin

My Approach

Anti-inflammatory nutrition strategies, gut-skin axis assessment, identification of dietary triggers, and targeted nutrient support for skin repair and resilience.

Your hormones don't have to run your life.

From painful periods and PMS to the challenges of PCOS/PMOS, endometriosis, and perimenopause — hormonal health issues are complex, deeply personal, and too often dismissed. Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools you have to support hormonal balance naturally.

I work with women at every stage to understand how food, lifestyle, and gut health influence their hormones — and build practical strategies that bring relief, not more restriction.

PCOS/PMOS PMS Endometriosis Perimenopause Menopause Menstrual irregularities Hormonal acne

My Approach

Hormone-supportive nutrition, blood sugar management, anti-inflammatory protocols, and cycle-aware eating strategies tailored to your specific condition and life stage.

Metabolic Health

Take control before medication becomes the only option.

High cholesterol, insulin resistance, and Type 2 diabetes don't appear overnight — and they don't have to define your future. Getting a concerning blood test result is stressful, but dietary intervention is one of the most effective first-line treatments available.

I help you understand what your blood results actually mean, what's driving the numbers, and exactly what to eat to move them in the right direction — without fad diets or fear-based restriction.

High cholesterol Insulin resistance Type 2 Diabetes Pre-diabetes Metabolic syndrome

My Approach

Blood marker analysis, evidence-based dietary strategies for cholesterol and blood sugar management, practical meal planning, and ongoing monitoring to track real improvement.

Weight Management

Ditch the diets. Build habits that last.

If you've been on and off diets for years, you already know they don't work long-term. The restrict-binge cycle, the guilt, the confusion about what you "should" be eating — it's exhausting. Weight management isn't about willpower. It's about understanding your body.

I take a non-judgemental, health-first approach that focuses on sustainable habits, proper nourishment, and understanding the metabolic and hormonal factors that influence your weight — not calorie counting or food rules.

Weight loss support Emotional eating Post-diet recovery Sustainable habits

My Approach

Behaviour-focused nutrition coaching, metabolic assessment, practical meal strategies you'll actually follow, and a supportive, shame-free partnership focused on long-term wellbeing.

GI-MAP Stool Analysis

Stop guessing what's happening in your gut. The GI-MAP uses advanced DNA technology to give us a comprehensive picture of your digestive health — so we can target the real problem, not just the symptoms.
